Bad eating day

Starting this on the one weekend of the month that I am most likely to eat poorly may have been a bad decision. ;) Not that that is an excuse. I can only improve!

Food Journal

[info]caitirin and [info]astillac discussed doing a photo food journal to help improve their eating habits. I'm jumping on the bandwagon.

My initial goals are more fruits and veggies, less processed foods.

I originally thought I could do this food journal with just pictures, no words, but I think I'll need to put in some descriptions.

I had a kind of crazy evening with driving through snow storms and getting flat tires, so I never recorded the rest of what I ate. I definitely stress ate after all of that for dinner.

Training Log - Week 4
No video this week. I've been sick and haven't been doing anything! Blah. I hate being sick. :( I'll pick things up again after the holiday weekend. I have a raw vegan chili recipe that I plan on trying next week, so next week's video may include the prep of that!
