Training Log - Week 4
No video this week. I've been sick and haven't been doing anything! Blah. I hate being sick. :( I'll pick things up again after the holiday weekend. I have a raw vegan chili recipe that I plan on trying next week, so next week's video may include the prep of that!

  • 09:12 Breakfast: Grapefruit and decaf coffee with soy/rice milk and Splenda. #
  • 09:13 Definitely, coming down with a cold. Woke up at 3AM when the cold meds wore off. Took more at 4AM. Will be taking more at 10AM. #
  • 11:31 Lunch: spicy tuna roll and 24 oz water #
  • 21:02 Snack: double chocolate muffin toasted with butter. Decaf coffee with soy/rice milk and splenda. #

  • 12:11 Breakfast: decaf coffee with soy/rice milk and Splenda. Didn't have a chance to have anything until after 10. #
  • 12:12 Lunch: Grilled Salmon sushi and 24 oz water #
  • 14:32 Snack: Snickers bar and 24 oz water #
  • 16:22 Dinner: Stat's Place - buffalo chicken wrap, garlic bread with cheese, coffee oreo shake #

  • 21:45 Coming down with a cold Have a sore throat. Taking Theraflu in hopes that I'll catch it early and be over it quickly. #

A slight set back, but I'm going to make use of my positive mind and overcome the lazies that have set in. :) And maybe next week I'll actually follow through with a more exciting video than me just sitting in my office!
